Exceptions to This Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • You never received access to the product after a successful payment, and our support team failed to deliver it within 3 business days.
  • The product is completely unusable due to a technical issue from our side, and we’re unable to resolve it within 5 business days of your report.
